๐Ÿ“‚ Projects

This section showcases my hands-on work in industrial automation, robotic systems, and control logic engineering โ€” built using industry-grade tools like Studio 5000, TIA Portal, FANUC RoboGuide, and KUKA.Sim.

Each project is structured to reflect real-world engineering practices, with a focus on:

  • ๐Ÿง  Modular PLC logic (IEC 61131-3 compliant)
  • ๐ŸŽ›๏ธ HMI-ready alarms, interlocks, and feedback scaling
  • ๐Ÿค– Robot-cell coordination and simulation
  • ๐Ÿงช Emulator-based testing for complete offline validation

Project Description
Project 1: Smart Conveyor System with Automated Inspection A three-zone conveyor modeled entirely in Rockwell Studio 5000/Emulate. Demonstrates structured ladder logic with AOIs/UDTs, safety interlocks, process alarms, part inspection with FIFO tracking, and automated rejection of defective parts.
Project 2: Pump Control System with PID & Alarm Handling A complete control logic system simulating a tank-based flow process. Includes dual-mode control (Manual + PID Auto), alarm latching logic, analog signal scaling (4โ€“20 mA), and modular Studio 5000 routines. Fully emulator-compatible.
Project 3: Advanced Traffic Light Control System A comprehensive intersection control system with multi-mode operation (Auto/Manual/Night), emergency vehicle preemption, pedestrian safety with countdown timers, time-of-day adaptive scheduling, and real-time conflict detection. Built entirely in Studio 5000 with state machine architecture.

More projects will be added covering robotic path planning, batching systems, interlocked conveyors, digital twin simulations, and SCADA integration.

For each project, youโ€™ll find:

  • ๐Ÿ“„ Logic documentation and tag structure
  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Screenshots from HMI, PLC, or robot environments
  • ๐Ÿ“‘ PDF summaries and test procedures
  • ๐Ÿ”— Links to code and simulation assets (where applicable)

This portfolio evolves with each skill milestone โ€” reflecting not just code, but full system thinking.
